Delivery
Due to the composition of our products, we reserve the right to delay shipping during extreme weather conditions or sudden temperature drops to ensure the quality and integrity of your order.
We charge the following costs for packaging & postage within the UK:
Royal Mail First Class Signed For - £6
Royal Mail Second Class Signed For - £4.50
Parcel Force 48hr service for parcels over 2kg - £12

All orders are handmade and will be shipped via Signed For Delivery during Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.
Please allow up to 7 working days to receive your order, Check your tracking number through the couriers website direct & If after 14 days your order has not arrived then please get in touch and we can investigate further.
All delivery times are from dispatch and NOT from the time of order so 24 hour courier does not mean it will be delivered 24 hours from when you make your payment.
All couriers need to be booked and parcels need to be packed so for this reason we are NOT ABLE TO OFFER SAME DAY DISPATCH.
Returns
We are sure that you will love your purchase from us but if you are not completely satisfied just email us at info@gorseandstill.com stating your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
Once we receive your item(s) we will action a refund within 7 days via the original payment method that was used at the time of purchase. Please note some payment providers can take up to 10 working days to process payments- this is out with our control.
Returns are only accepted within 14 days for all UK orders.
All items must be returned in the original condition complete with all packaging intact. Should any item be damaged we may deduct a fee from your refund.
Any item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a trackable delivery service that also insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
All original shipping fees are non refundable.

Faulty items
We hope any item you order will reach you in perfect condition, however if it doesn't contact us quoting your order number, name, address, details of the product and the reason for the return. Let us know whether you require a refund or a replacement. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
